Is the CSLB exam available in English or Spanish?
CSLB currently lists Spanish exams for Law & Business, Class B, C-27, and C-36, among other classifications. Other exams may have approved-translator options. Confirm the current rules with CSLB. CXP offers English and Spanish study materials; that does not mean every official exam is available in Spanish.
How much time do I need to prepare?
It depends on your starting point and the time you can study around work. Begin with the free 20-question diagnostic to find the topics that need attention. Use practice and timed mocks to get familiar with answering under a timer, rather than guessing where to spend your next study session.
Which exams does CXP cover?
Law & Business, Class A, Class B, C-2, C-10, C-20, C-27, and C-36. CXP is for California CSLB candidates, not licensing exams in other states.
How does payment work?
An individual module is $149. Law & Business plus one trade is $249, saving $49 compared with buying two modules separately. Pay once for lifetime access to your purchased modules — no monthly subscription. Try the free diagnostic before buying; no account or credit card is required to start.
What are the pass-guarantee requirements?
Answer every question in your purchased module and score at least 90% correct on each of three consecutive completed full mocks in an eligible language. Take your CSLB exam within 30 days of the third qualifying mock and provide the official fail notice within 15 days of your exam. If you meet all requirements and fail, the policy offers a refund of your most recent module purchase or a lifetime subscription extension. Your Readiness Score is not a qualifying mock score or a prediction that you will pass. Read the full terms, including language eligibility, before relying on the guarantee.
How many questions are in each module?
The current full question banks range from 199 to 277 questions per module; Law & Business has 237. Each module's Store card lists its bank size and CXP mock length. The free diagnostic has 20 questions. CXP mock lengths are practice formats, not claims about official exam question counts.
