Independent service

CXP is a private, independent educational service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) or another government agency. Using CXP does not guarantee a California license; licensing decisions are made by the CSLB.

Study content

CXP questions and practice materials are independently developed educational content. They are not actual past or current CSLB examination questions, and CXP does not represent them as official state content.

Pass Guarantee policy

Where offered, the CXP Pass Guarantee is subject to these eligibility requirements:

• Answer all questions in the purchased module.
• Complete three consecutive English mock exams with a Readiness Score of 90% or higher.
• Take the CSLB exam within 30 days of reaching that Readiness Score.
• Provide the CSLB fail notice within 15 days of the exam date.

Intellectual property and liability

CXP content and branding belong to CXP. Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute question banks. CXP provides study tools as-is and is not responsible for exam, application, or business losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes are handled in Los Angeles County, California.
