We may receive account information from your sign-in provider, exam and study data such as diagnostic results and progress, purchase records, and basic device or usage information needed to maintain the service.
How we use information
We use information to operate CXP, authenticate accounts, unlock purchased content, personalize study, and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for advertising.
Service providers
Clerk provides authentication, Stripe processes payments, and Replit and Cloudflare provide hosting and infrastructure. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored on CXP servers.
Retention and California rights
Account and study data are retained while an account is active. California residents may ask what information is collected, request deletion, and exercise other rights described by applicable law. Email support@getcxp.com for a privacy request.
Security, children, and changes
CXP uses HTTPS, provider authentication, and access controls. The service is intended for adults seeking California contractor licensure. We may update this policy and will update its effective date when we do.
